Responsibilities
- Performs and approves engineering solutions within projects and/or operations within projects, and manufacturing, fabrication & installation sites, in accordance with department, project, manufacturing, fabrication & installation instructions, schedules & processes and HSE requirements
- Approves design basis
- Coordinates engineering activities on tenders and project execution
- May supervise sub-contractors
- Guarantees the compliance of engineering solutions with client requirements, industry standards, and Group HSE, engineering processes, and best practices for the discipline
- Provides guidance and training to Engineers under supervision-coordination
- Interfaces with other engineering disciplines and engineering team(s)
Requirements
- BS degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent with 5 to 10 years of experience in the field
- Strong technical skills in engineering
- Strong project management skills
- Good presentation and coaching skills
- Advanced organizational and problem-solving skills
- Understanding customer requirements and ability to translate them into product specifications
- Excellent command of English
