Technical Engineer managing Oracle Cloud infrastructure and integrations in HCM solutions at Nokia. Enhancing the design, build, and optimization of Oracle Cloud systems.
Responsibilities
OCI environment administration, networking, and security management
Monitoring OCI health using Cloud Guard, upgrades, and patching
User access management through OCI groups and policies
Key Vault management and PGP key creation
Creating secure connections between HCM/BIP, OCI services, and databases
OCI services handling, like Object Storage, OCI Data Integration, OCI Functions (Serverless Computing) – including Python scripts, OCI Rules Service, OCI Bastion, SQL Worksheets, Oracle Base Database
Hands-on development and support in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Troubleshooting and maintaining enterprise integrations
Database upgrades and maintenance
Virtual Machine (VM) provisioning, management, and monitoring
Operating system patching and server management
Hands-on on Linux command line.
Working with SQL Developer through Bastion SSH access
HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP) reports
Using Git for version control
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM
Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM design/build, specifically with regards to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure including its different components, Oracle integrations Cloud
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience in HCM Extract, BIP, BICC, GPI, HDL, Fast Formulas, VBS
Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g. OCI, OIC, Gen AI)
Knowledge of automation tools for code migration, testing automation
Experience in Gen AI and AI agents
