About the role
- Associate Business Operations role at Flutter supporting the CISO in portfolio management and business operations. Collaborating with global stakeholders and enhancing organizational maturity in Cyber team.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation, tracking and reporting of Objectives and Key Results for the Global Cyber team
- Support the preparation and facilitation of monthly reviews of cyber programs with the CISO
- Lead initiatives to improve team morale and information sharing
- Support the planning and execution of all hands and offsites
- Execute work through clear, repeatable processes
- Establish strong working relationships across the Global Cyber team to facilitate the execution of the day-to-day responsibilities
- Support and deliver other key projects within the Cyber team as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience of relevant experience
