About the role
- Solution Engineer working with tech infrastructure to optimize client processes in a fast-growing German startup. Engaging with clients and collaborating across teams in Munich.
Responsibilities
- Development of well-considered processes and automations from analysis through concept to implementation in customer accounts.
- Active advising on technical questions related to automations, APIs, exports, plugins and integrations.
- Contributing to the development of the template landscape — clearly structured, reusable and traceable.
- Providing structured customer feedback specifically about technical requirements and actively helping shape the product.
- Testing your own solutions, thinking in variants and finding the best approach for each use case.
Requirements
- Experience in solution engineering, technical consulting, or as an IT project manager, ideally within a SaaS company.
- Strong technical understanding (e.g., APIs, JSON, automations) without needing to be a developer.
- Enthusiasm for diving deep into a product and becoming highly knowledgeable about it.
- Ability to understand problems and identify effective solutions.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and to contribute ideas proactively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
