Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end claims journey for Flock customers, ensuring rapid and fair resolution.
Work closely with Admiral to develop, document, and continuously improve claims handling processes.
Be the primary point of contact for escalated claims issues.
Analyse claims data to identify trends and opportunities to reduce frequency and severity.
Collaborate with product and tech teams to improve claims-related customer experiences.
Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party suppliers including repairers, legal and TPAs.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL
Proven experience in motor or commercial fleet claims handling.
Strong knowledge of insurance claims processes and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Experience working with insurance partners or underwriters.
Ability to work at pace and resolve issues quickly under pressure.
PREFERABLE
Familiarity with telematics or connected vehicle data.
CII qualification or working towards it.
Experience building or redesigning claims processes from scratch.
