Responsibilities

• Support senior executives in developing, structuring and communicating ideas
• Convert high-level concepts, notes, and verbal direction into clear, well-structured PowerPoint presentations, emails, memos, strategy and planning documents
• Create executive-level slides that are concise, logical and visually clean
• Improve and refine existing decks for clarity, narrative flow and impact
• Apply consistent formatting, hierarchy and visual standards across materials
• Build and maintain Excel models, tables and charts to support strategic analysis
• Draft and edit Word documents, memos, briefs and talking points
• Ensure written materials are crisp, professional and audience-appropriate
• Work iteratively with Executives, incorporating feedback quickly and accurately

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience in consulting, banking, strategy or marketing
• Bachelor’s degree required, business school preferred
• Exceptional PowerPoint skills and strong working knowledge of Excel
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
