Responsibilities
Support the localization of the platform for the Spanish mortgage market.
Collect and structure customer feedback and support user research activities.
Work closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Revenue teams.
Maintain accurate product documentation and release notes.
Translate business, customer, and regulatory requirements into clear product specifications.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience in SaaS product roles or as a Business Analyst.
Good knowledge of the Spanish mortgage process and/or the credit brokerage ecosystem.
Fluent Spanish is essential.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
Experience producing high-quality product requirements (user stories, flows, specifications, release notes), using tools like Confluence or similar.
Ability to translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
