Responsibilities
Take full ownership of business financing projects – from structuring complex lending and leasing deals to executing and closing them.
Manage the end-to-end process of financing projects: assess client needs, structure solutions, negotiate, and ensure timely delivery.
Actively work with clients – you won’t just lead the team, you’ll be doing the deals yourself.
Lead the Lithuanian sales team by sharing knowledge, mentoring younger colleagues, and building team capabilities through real-time collaboration.
Drive sales initiatives and bring in business for various financing products (loans, leasing, and more to come).
Expand our client base and build long-term relationships through hands-on involvement.
Represent the company at industry events and build your own network of trusted contacts.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue – based on your real-time market insights from the projects you work on.
Requirements
5+ years in banking or business lending.
A proven track record in building and closing complex financing structures.
You’re a doer, not just a manager – you enjoy being involved in the actual projects.

Deep knowledge of financial products and credit risk.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
