Responsibilities
- As the Head of Technology Consulting , you will lead four high‑performing teams spanning platform demonstrations, fintech ecosystem consulting, custom integration solution design, and technology program management.
- Engage with firms to uncover needs, challenges, and opportunities, shaping strategies that deepen relationships and accelerate growth.
- Represent Fidelity at client and industry events, sharing platform vision through one-on-one engagements and thought-leadership presentations.
- Inform the strategic platform roadmap through insights into client needs, competitive activity, and emerging industry trends.
- Partner with Sales and Client leadership to shape and execute communication, education, and adoption strategies for key technology solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop messaging that drives revenue, accelerates adoption, and elevates Fidelity’s technology narrative.
