- Senior Business Analyst enhancing HR digital experience and modernizing learning ecosystem at Fidelity. Supporting platform improvement and collaborating within an Agile framework.
Responsibilities
- Play a pivotal role in advancing Fidelity’s enterprise-wide cloud-based HR technologies
- Focus on enhancing the digital experience for all associates while driving efficiency and modernizing the skills and learning ecosystem
- Support and optimize Skills and Learning Platform(s)—including Skills-related configuration in Workday
- Collaborate closely with business and technology partners to design solutions
- Support ongoing operations and deliver enhancements within an Agile framework
- Contribute to the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of these platforms
- Support implementations, document processes, conduct short-term research, resolve system issues, gather requirements, and test long-term fixes or configuration updates
- Partner with integration teams to monitor, troubleshoot, and validate data feed changes between systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2–3 years of Business or Systems Analyst experience
- 2+ years supporting or implementing HR systems (learning systems preferred)
- Experience in learning roles preferred; HR experience a plus
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, analysis, testing, and problem solving
- High attention to detail and strong written communication
- Ability to facilitate discussions and demonstrate product capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, Agile environments
- Ability to travel less than 10%
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem‑solving capabilities
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize under tight deadlines
