About the role
- Visiting Founders Associate in Engineering for feld energy, collaborating with the Chief of Staff to optimize operations and project development.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with our Chief of Staff to manage operational and strategic topics for the COO
- Build processes, solve complex grid-connection challenges — and take ownership of responsibilities early on
- Analyze, optimize and thoroughly document our core processes
- Develop new workflows and scalable structures and implement them together with the team
- Drive automation of operational processes
- Handle preparatory tasks for our grid-connection projects — from route planning to communication with authorities
- Support project development, prepare and process data, and work where operational impact matters
- Lead your own "Special Projects" and take on responsibility early
- Support cross-functional teams with organizational, analytical and operational topics and proactively contribute new ideas
Requirements
- Studying business administration, industrial engineering or a related field
- Hands-on mentality: strong work ethic, reliability, high internal drive and willingness to take on responsibility quickly
- Technical understanding; initial exposure to energy/engineering and/or startup experience is a plus
- Native German speaker
- Availability for at least 3 months, start as soon as possible
