- Oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the Trademark practice
- Provide direct supervision to trademark support staff

- Partner with trademark attorneys, paralegals, and leadership to support business objectives
- Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development for Trademark Paralegals
- Oversee trademark workflows to ensure timely, accurate execution of trademark matters
- Monitor workload distribution and reassign resources as needed
- Serve as a liaison between trademark attorneys and support teams
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in trademark prosecution operations
- At least 2 years in a leadership capacity
- Comprehensive expertise in U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution processes
- Demonstrate leadership, coaching, and team management experience
- Experience with trademark docketing and practice management systems preferred
- Outstanding written, verbal, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's Degree required
