Workday Data Lead for a hybrid 6 month Outside IR35 contract at Benefact Group in Gloucester. Responsible for leading data conversion and ensuring compliance during Workday ERP implementation.

Responsibilities
- Managing the ingestion, validation, and reconciliation of fund data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Handling projects independently while collaborating with colleagues across FE fundinfo offices.
- Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues through email, video conferences, and chats to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Resolving complex data queries by developing innovative solutions and prioritizing issues based on urgency.
- Partnering with clients to understand their data requirements and deliver solutions aligned with their business objectives.
- Coordinating with internal teams to provide integrated data solutions that meet client expectations.
Requirements
- You must have minimum 2 years of experience in data management.
- You will have strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook to manage and validate client data.
- You should possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with global stakeholders.
- You will bring strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex data challenges.
- You should have a basic understanding of mutual funds and the broader financial services industry
