About the role

Responsibilities
- Product Management and Evolution: Contribute to defining and evolving the strategy, positioning, and value proposition of the products under your responsibility.
- P&L Management: Monitor and analyze the products' P&L, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Performance Analysis and Insights: Monitor financial and customer experience metrics to generate actionable insights.
- Initiative Design and Structuring: Work in partnership with business areas and UX to design viable solutions.
- Prioritization and Liaison with Technology: Translate initiatives into clear functional requirements.
- UAT and Quality Assurance: Participate in the homologation (QA) process.
- Documentation and Governance: Organize and keep business rules documentation up to date.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research, benchmarking, and trend analysis.
Requirements
- Solid experience in insurance product management.
- Experience monitoring P&L and performance indicators.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience defining requirements and working with technology teams.
- Good communication and the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
- Autonomy, an ownership mindset, and organizational skills to perform in a dynamic environment.
- Preferred qualifications: Previous experience in digital environments and startups; prior experience as a Product Owner; knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Looker or similar); basic knowledge of UX/UI and user experience.
