About the role
- Electro Designer leading internal and external manufacturing teams. Performing electrical work and repairs on new builds and boats in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Betreuung / Leitung externer und interner Fertigungsteams
- Unterstützung beim Konstruktionsprozess, insbesondere im Bootsbau
- Durchführung von Elektroarbeiten und Reparaturen an Neubauten sowie im Bootsbau
- Funktionsprüfung der Anlagen / Geräte und die dazugehörige Dokumentation nach standardisierten Protokollen
- Arbeiten nach Schaltplänen sowie Verdrahtung von Schaltschränken
- Durchführung von Anschlussarbeiten nach Schaltplänen, Kabelzug, Kabelverlegung
- Inbetriebnahme von elektrischen Systemen und Anlagen der Schiffselektrik
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Elektroniker/in Fachrichtung Betriebstechnik (m/w/d), oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Schiff-/Bootsbau wünschenswert
- Fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse mit einer Konstruktionssoftware (z.B. AutoCad, EPLAN)
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teams
- Reisebereitschaft sowie vorhandener Führerschein Klasse B
- Engagement, eine Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
