About the role
- Litigation Attorney managing own caseload with mentorship from prominent attorneys. Focused on court hearings, client interactions, and trial preparation with no billable hours.
Responsibilities
- Gain experience managing your own caseload, but under the mentorship of your team.
- No two days are the same.
- You might be in court for a hearing, deposing a witness or defending a deposition, negotiating cases, talking to clients, or gearing up for trial.
- Our highly-trained support staff meticulously take care of all the details.
Requirements
- NC Bar Licensure
- 2 – 5 years of experience managing a large caseload is preferred
- Some experience in Litigation is preferred but not required
