About the role

Responsibilities
- Assist with corporate matters and clients' day-to-day legal needs;

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in the 3rd to 5th year of a Law degree;
- Demonstrated interest in Corporate Law;
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
- Intermediate to advanced English;
- Organized, committed, and proactive;
- Studying in the evening will be considered an advantage;
- Previous experience in corporate law, M&A and/or capital markets will be considered an advantage;
