IAM Engineer responsible for designing and supporting Identity & Access Management at Farfetch. Develops IAM solutions while collaborating with technical teams in a luxury fashion marketplace.
Responsibilities
Develop, test, implement and maintain new application connectors
Create, maintain and improve rules and workflows
Support and maintain the IAM environment handling tickets and incidents
Build and customise the user interface, certification campaigns, forms and reports
Lead in complex problem investigations and solution development for mitigation and prevention of future recurrence by means of process, procedure, or technological improvements
Document the design and configuration management of developed features and customisations
Support audit and risk assessments by providing evidences either manually or through automation
Requirements
A graduate of a program in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
+3 years in a similar position or in a IAM team
A person with experience in IAM tools (Sailpoint IdentityIQ, Sailpoint IdentityNow, IBM Security/Tivoli Identity Manager, One Identity, CA Identity Manager, Omada Identity Suite, ForgeRock, NetIQ Identity Manager, Oracle IAM, Okta etc)
Well-founded experience with Identity LifeCycle Management, Provisioning and Certification process
Working knowledge of scripting in PowerShell, Bash, Python and Java
2 years experience with Source Code management in Git
Experience in configuration, development, and usage of Web Services APIs REST and SOAP (JSON/XML/RPC/HTTP).
Understanding of identity & authentication standards/protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, FIDO2)
Experience with Agile methodology Scrum or Kanban
Team player with collaboration skills
Experience in Active Directory and LDAP
Experience managing semi-related authentication and access platforms is an advantage (SSO, MFA), Azure AD or GCP Identity Management, Sailpoint IdentityIQ, and PAM/PIM solution is an advantage
