Laser Process Shift Engineer responsible for high-volume semiconductor manufacturing and process optimization. Working in advanced clean room conditions and engaging in wafer development and troubleshooting activities.
Responsibilities
You will be working in our high-tech wafer fabrication facility using the most advanced manufacturing processes and tools under clean room conditions.

The focus of this position will be to support the high-volume manufacturing and adherence to schedule.
You will have the opportunity to work in wafer development of novel designs and processes for photonics devices.
Interface with the factory sustaining and manufacturing teams on shift to maintain yields and ensure timely delivery of new technologies and products.
Support wafer operations to support high volume manufacturing and meeting schedule adherence.
Facilitate 24/7 support of production line.
Support advanced process characterization including control plans.
Troubleshoot & resolve wafer process and yield issues.
Interpret failure and defect analysis.
Provide oral and written updates on projects and tasks.
Requirements
Have a qualification in an Engineering/Science related discipline OR have 3 years previous experience in a technical support role.
Have an Advanced Degree in an Engineering/Science related discipline.
Have some familiarity with semiconductor processing technologies and equipment, such as photolithography, vacuum deposition, dry and wet etch techniques or be able to show knowledge of thin films, metrology characterization, test methods and techniques.
