About the role
- Leading Quality Assurance strategy and execution across complex transformation programs at F5. Ensuring adherence to quality standards within technology and processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and drive quality assurance strategy, governance, and execution across a large-scale, complex transformation program.
- Define and implement a comprehensive QA strategy and quality management framework tailored to the transformation program's scope and complexity.
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of all testing phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, Performance & Load Testing, Security Testing, Data Migration/Validation Testing, End-to-End (E2E) Testing.
- Establish and manage the defect lifecycle, including classification, prioritization, tracking, and resolution workflows.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA analysts, test engineers, and automation specialists.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage and facilitate test readiness reviews, defect triage sessions, and go/no-go assessments.
Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 8 years in a role on large-scale transformation programs.
- Experience in complex, multi-workstream programs involving Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion, Salesforce CRM, cloud migration, digital transformation, or enterprise platform implementations.
- Deep expertise across all testing types (functional, non-functional, integration, regression, UAT, performance, security, data migration)
- Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Selenium, Playwright, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Certifications such as ISTQB Advanced/Expert Level, Certified Agile Tester (CAT), PMP, or PRINCE2 are preferred.
