About the role

Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, scalable interfaces for building and managing AI agents (think: modular workflows, drag-and-drop actions, context-aware prompts)
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and AI researchers to shape zero-to-one experiences in an ambiguous space
- Own the end-to-end design process – from user research and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff
- Balance usability with the underlying complexity of AI systems to make “powerful feel simple”
- Iterate rapidly based on user feedback, usability tests, and stakeholder inputs
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing complex digital products or platforms (AI, enterprise, or low-code tools is a plus)
- Strong systems thinking – ability to design for modularity, scalability, and user empowerment
- Proven comfort working in ambiguous problem spaces and shaping structure where none exists
- Expertise in Figma (or similar), prototyping tools, and working with design systems
- Collaborative mindset – thrives in cross-functional teams and is excited by early-stage chaos
