About the role
- UX/UI Designer at Autofleet working on designs for web and mobile in the mobility sector. Collaborating with Product Managers and RnD team to deliver innovative UX/UI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement features by creating user flows, wireframes, detailed designs and animated prototypes
- Collaborate daily with Product Managers and developers in order to define, design and deliver extraordinary products
- Conduct industry research, defining UX approaches and staying ahead of industry trends
- Work closely with our UX/UX Design Lead implementing our design system across different platforms
- Design simple solutions to complex problems for non-consumer users
- Develop a deep understanding of modern mobility services, diving into user flows and the UX of fleet management, ride hailing driver and rider apps, delivery and more.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX & UI and interactive design in a product company, b2b an advantage
- Experience working on responsive web platforms and mobile
- Experience working with a development team working on web technologies and understand the ecosystem of moving from concept to design to implementation
- Experience with design tools (specifically Figma) to create high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes
- You have excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- You have a passion for creating. Your portfolio showcases your skills and shows us who you are as an expert in UX and in creative design
- You thrive in a fast-paced work environment where requirements can change quickly
