About the role

• Software developer creating custom software solutions for clients, utilizing modern technologies in a hybrid role. Focused on frontend to database development and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Together with your team, you develop tailored software solutions for our well-known clients and translate their domain requirements into working code.
• You work across the stack — from frontend to database — and bring your solutions to life using modern container technologies.
• You apply current technology stacks to implement microservices, distributed systems or traditional architectures — depending on the use case.
• Through code reviews and testing, you and your team ensure high code quality and continuous improvement.
• Your onboarding begins with the eXXcellent School, where you learn our best practices, methods and processes from experienced mentors.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science or a comparable IT-related field.
• Solid knowledge of an object-oriented programming language, ideally Java.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular or React.
• An agile mindset and enjoyment of collaborative team work.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (at least C1), to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Respectful communication skills, a careful working style and strong team spirit.
