Responsibilities
- Ability to structure, organize and analyze data to generate insights, evaluate scenarios, support strategic decision-making, and ensure standardization across departmental and company-wide metrics.
- Ability to plan, monitor and optimize Opex and Capex expenditures, ensuring a balance between operational maintenance and strategic investments aligned with the IT portfolio.
Requirements
- Execute Governance and ITSM activities according to the adopted methodology and industry best practices. Serve as a guardian of IT service best practices by recommending controls, assessing improvements, and monitoring compliance with policies, internal documents, roles and responsibilities through metrics and indicators.
- Participate in processes and activities related to the design, delivery and support of IT services, ensuring alignment with IT Governance strategic objectives. Promote continuous improvement by following best practices and driving the evolution of governance maturity.
- Conduct assessments of the Service Value System (SVS), evaluating guiding principles, governance, the service value chain, best practices and continual improvement in accordance with industry methodology principles.
