About the role
- Senior Salesforce & Mulesoft tester validating end-to-end functionality and integrations across Salesforce and MuleSoft APIs, ensuring quality and performance standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute test strategies and test plans for Salesforce applications and MuleSoft-based integrations
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
- Validate API integrations and middleware flows developed on MuleSoft
- Develop and execute API test cases using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar frameworks
- Identify, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA and support defect triage activities
- Support automation initiatives and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines where applicable
Requirements
- BE/MCA background
- 3-5 years of experience in software testing with exposure to Salesforce and API testing
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform testing including standard objects, custom objects, workflows, and Lightning components
- Experience in MuleSoft integration testing
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or similar
