Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
- ISTQB Advanced advantageous
- Proven senior‑level QA leadership on Workday implementations
- Hands‑on knowledge of Workday configuration and architecture to support risk‑based testing
- Demonstrated experience testing Workday integrations with end‑to‑end data validation
- Expertise in defining and executing Workday‑specific test strategies, including SIT, UAT, regression, security, and data migration testing
- Experience in defect governance and quality reporting within Workday programmes, including root‑cause analysis and executive reporting
- People management skills - introducing and building ways in which people can learn from each other, encouraging mentoring and the transfer of knowledge by designing and delivering learning interventions
