Responsibilities
- Lead quarterly and annual planning methods to align initiatives with organizational priorities and strategic objectives

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 6+ years with a Master's degree
- Adept problem solver who supports a test-and-learn and data-driven decision-making culture
- Ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Skilled at creating compelling narratives using data and insights for broad audiences
- Proven ability to scope and deliver strategic projects with diverse stakeholders
- Developing subject matter expertise and recognized for insights on specific topics with the ability to translate them into action
