About the role
- Senior Executive responsible for managing accounts receivables and collections in financial operations. Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and effective cash management.
Responsibilities
- Comply with all regulatory, industry and Organizational standards pertaining to this position by following set procedures and processes**
- Collection of all Debts via emails and calls, within the company's credit policy**
- Reconciliation of all accounts for the designated panel of Brokers**
- Managing unmatched cash credits and debits across age buckets **
- Managing and reducing unallocated cash across age buckets**
- Handle complex transactions and provide resolution with effective decision making/problem solving**
- Attends to miscellaneous tasks associated with Credit Control and Accounts as directed by the Team Leader**
- Effectively balance quality, timeliness and productivity standards**
- Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures
- Any other essential function that may occur from time to time as directed by the Supervisor**
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of education with a graduation degree/diploma or equivalent**
- Minimum 1.5 to 2 year of experience; Insurance/F&A knowledge will be an advantage **
- Good written communication skills and able to have internal interactions
- - Effective comprehension skills
- - Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage daily work activities
