Responsibilities
Responsible for the further development and maintenance of CRM systems, customer portals, and web applications
Independently analyze requirements from business units and develop appropriate technical solution proposals
Actively contribute to the design and implementation of digital customer processes in close collaboration with the team and business units
Document processes, interfaces, and system architecture in a structured manner
Support quality assurance and perform tests together with the business units
Support the rollout of new systems and tools and ensure a smooth transition
Requirements
Completed vocational training in IT or a degree in (business) informatics/computer science or an equivalent qualification
Initial experience in IT project environments, ideally with CRM systems or web technologies
Interest in digital customer solutions and delivering a convincing user experience
Knowledge of web development, interface technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP), data modeling, and ideally cloud systems such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
Analytical and methodical working style with the ability to understand complex relationships and derive well-founded recommendations for action
