Responsibilities
As part of the so-called Agile Team (AT) 1/2, you will drive the integration and application of eDrive, high-voltage and charging systems in our eCoach
Responsible for defining functionalities, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, documentation, verification, 3D processing, homologation, and more — for use in the Next Gen Coach
Derive overall vehicle requirements/tasks in the form of coordinated user stories to describe the necessary development steps and design tasks
Monitor and control all described tasks; you will proactively drive development and design yourself
Coordinate product/team interests at product management level and take responsibility for the conceptual and technical integrability into product features (holistic functional systems including their components and functions)
Consolidate and communicate customer requirements to the agile team
To a small extent, you will act as Scrum Master within the agile team, thereby ensuring the team’s ability to work and maintaining communication in the development process
Requirements
Completed university degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics or a related field. Relevant professional experience (type and duration)
Several years of experience in electrical and electronics development or software development; experience with documentation and series release for software scopes and control units (ECUs)
Experience applying agile development methods
Experience and know‑how of processes, tools and regulatory requirements for the development of electrical, electronic and mechatronic components, functions and systems for vehicles, including validation and maturity assurance
Personal qualities: analytical thinking, strong interpersonal and conflict-management skills, team orientation, sense of responsibility, confident presence and assertiveness. Strong communication skills and a high degree of independence. Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
