- Strategic development: expanding the UGV domain into new business areas, including offboard services and customer solutions
- Innovation management: evaluating new technologies and their potential applications and deriving recommendations for action
- Safety assurance & compliance: monitoring safety and quality standards for autonomous systems
- Communication & reporting: regular exchange with stakeholders, transparent status updates and decision-making documentation
Requirements
- Degree in vehicle engineering, electrical engineering, computer science or a related field
- Several years of experience in technical project management, ideally in ADAS, robotics or autonomous systems
- Knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and experience in building new structures
- Strong communication and facilitation skills to lead teams and partners as equals
- Technical understanding of sensors, control systems and software architectures
- High level of initiative and enthusiasm for actively driving innovation and developing new business areas
- Very good German and English language skills
