About the role
- Technical Project Manager leading projects in M365 and Intune at DATAGROUP. Responsible for project planning, coordination, and client communication for innovative IT services.
Responsibilities
- We are looking for motivated, organized Technical Project Managers to lead our technical projects in the Workplace area.
- You are the primary contact for customers in technical projects around M365, Intune & MECM.
- You develop detailed project plans down to the work-package level in collaboration with our technical specialists.
- You coordinate the tasks in projects for implementation by our project teams.
- You capture and report project status to management and the customer.
- Nice to have: You play a key role in the creation of Workplace concepts and help define the technological direction.
Requirements
- A degree in (business) computer science or several years of professional experience in a comparable position.
- Broad knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies including Intune, MECM, Defender for Endpoint.
- Experience coordinating multiple technical projects including (de-)escalation management.
- An independent, structured way of working and organizational talent combined with assertiveness.
- A strong customer orientation with a confident and persuasive manner.
- Enjoyment of teamwork and of jointly solving our customers' problems.
- Very good German (C2) and good English skills (B1) complete your profile.
