Responsibilities
Leading and developing the Service Contracts & Warranty team, setting clear objectives and driving consistent, high-quality delivery across the dealer network.
Owning the commercial performance of the Service Contracts portfolio, ensuring contracts remain financially positive through strong governance, audit discipline, and cost control.
Managing external suppliers, ensuring contractual SLAs and KPIs are met and value is delivered throughout the contract lifecycle.
Driving operational improvement, identifying and implementing simplified, best-practice processes that enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
Overseeing systems and parameters, ensuring UK-specific service contract and warranty system requirements align with business planning and DTAG mandates.
Engaging senior stakeholders, including DTAG, DTUK leadership, sales teams, DTFS, dealers, and key customers, to drive alignment, confidence, and performance.
Requirements
Proven line management experience, leading and motivating teams to deliver against performance targets.
Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, audits, and financial performance.
Demonstrable experience in supplier and contract management, including governance and performance monitoring.
A strong customer focus, balancing customer satisfaction with operational and financial priorities.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, able to operate credibly at senior level.
A proactive, self-motivated approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement
