About the role
- Salesforce Developer designing scalable solutions for EveryPay's digital financial infrastructure. Collaborating to implement features and support integrations within a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
- Customize and extend Salesforce functionality (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)
- Build and maintain automations (Flows, validation rules, approval processes)
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and test classes
- Participate in integrations with external systems (REST APIs, middleware tools)
- Collaborate with consultants and business users to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance best practices
- Support deployments, bug fixes, and system improvements
- Contribute to documentation and technical knowledge sharing
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong knowledge of:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Automation)
- Experience with Salesforce data model, security, and sharing
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and basic integrations
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks end-to-end
