The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for responsible for the administration of Salesforce.com; this includes system configuration, (maintenance, system enhancements/upgrades, etc.), creation of reports and dashboards, end-user training and data integrations, ensuring data hygiene and integrity. This role collaborates with functional leaders to identify, define, and implement changes and enhancements to meet business requirements in a dynamic, high-growth environment. This individual will also assist the Senior Salesforce Administrator with technical deployments, from sandbox environments into the production environment.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organisation. We are seeking a self-starter, with a bias towards action, who can recognise and make process improvement recommendations. You will identify new and creative opportunities to leverage Salesforce.com and its database to support additional business processes or functions. You will also be motivated, team oriented and passionate about Salesforce technology.
This permanent position is based in our London Kings Cross office with hybrid working arrangements (expectation to be in the office 3 days per week).
Requirements
**We’re looking for someone to: **
Oversee configuration, design, functionality, and end-user support for the Salesforce platform.
Configure and maintain custom objects, workflows, approval processes, security settings, and integrations within Salesforce.
Manage user roles, profiles, and access controls to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Implement change control, best practices, and release management following Agile methodology.
Collaborate with business stakeholders (especially Contact Centre) to gather requirements and deliver Salesforce-based solutions.
Handle data imports, deduplication, clean-up, and maintain integrations with connected applications (e.g., Marketing Cloud, DocuSign).
Identify risks, drive process improvements, and support adoption of new tools and processes.
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to maintain CRM systems and support cross-functional projects.
**You'll need... **
A University degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
To be certified as a Salesforce Administrator
Minimum 3 years of experience configuring and developing on the Salesforce.com platform.
Proficient in Salesforce administration, including Service Cloud and Sales Cloud (medium to advanced level).
Strong understanding of workflows, approval processes, security settings, and integrations within Salesforce.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, including handling professional discussions.
Familiarity with best practices for system maintenance, data integrity, and change control processes.
