About the role

Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger and sub-ledgers.
- Prepare annual financial statements.
- Handle tax calculations (including, but not limited to, VAT and WHT), actively use the SEF application, and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Collaborate with external auditors and prepare documentation for audits.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Participate in process improvements and the implementation of new accounting procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting roles (preferably in an international environment).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Solid understanding of IFRS standards.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
