Responsibilities
Meeting with project owners to determine CRM needs
Participate in design conversations and administer world-class Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM Organisation
Leading the growth of Salesforce
Designing/creating workflows/case management and integrating with 3rd Party SaaS systems
Troubleshooting and fixing bugs
Writing documents and maintaining “Wiki” architectural catalogue
Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.
Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products
Requirements
Be a Salesforce Administrator / Developer who has a strong understanding of Apex and coding standard, and have worked in a regulated industry for a minimum of 5 years
Comprehensive understanding of Experience Cloud
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms
Good communication skills.
Ability to problem solve high-level issues.
Preferred experience of:
Conga CPQ
Preferred experience of GearSet, Copado or similar deployment tooling.
Jitterbit or similar IPaaS
