Responsibilities
- Ensure alignment with the overall supply chain strategy and define supply chain vision, goals, and objectives

Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Supply Chain or relevant experience
- Extensive experience in a similar role in a manufacturing industry
- Several years of people management experience
- Understanding of supply chain performance metrics and their link to P&L, balance sheet, and working capital
- Experience with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and tools
- Project management and change management skills
- Experience in data analysis, problem-solving, and developing solutions
- Excellent communication skills, improvement-oriented mindset
