Requirements
5+ years of experience as a sustainability practitioner (Senior Consultant) or 7+ years (Principal Consultant)
Expertise in human rights and environmental due diligence within a company’s direct operations and value chain and supplier engagement
Experience with corporate supply chains, sourcing/procurement, and/or supplier engagement/capacity-building
Strong understanding of Climate/Net Zero-related concepts
Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail in large datasets, savvy with data visualizations, and advanced competency in Microsoft Excel
Experience developing dynamic dashboards using platforms such as PowerBI or Tableau is valued
A personable and passionate individual that works well with teams
Comfortable and confident liaising with key stakeholders across all levels of a business
Proficiency in English is required. Fluency in the local language is required – German/French/Spanish as a bonus is a plus.
