Supply Planner managing production and inventory plans to ensure product availability for Ocean Spray. Collaborating with teams to address supply issues and maximize case fulfillment on customer orders.
Responsibilities
Develop the master production schedule for internal and/or external Ocean Spray manufacturing sites
Maintain accurate supply plans that support manufacturing, distribution, and procurement activities
Collaborate with production teams to manage scheduling changes related to material availability, supplier delays, or equipment downtime
Communicate supply constraints and partner with cross‑functional teams to develop solutions and maintain an executable plan
Monitor finished goods inventory as it moves from manufacturing to distribution centers, ensuring appropriate stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing risk of aged products
Support the execution of established deployment strategies by creating and monitoring stock transfer orders
Requirements
Required Experience in MRP & ERP, with SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP
Attention to detail
Comfortable learning new planning and IT systems
Preferred Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
Expertise in handling datasets within Microsoft Excel
Education: Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)
Work Experience: At least 3 Years of Experience
