About the role
- Supply Planner managing production and inventory plans to ensure product availability for Ocean Spray. Collaborating with teams to address supply issues and maximize case fulfillment on customer orders.
Responsibilities
- Develop the master production schedule for internal and/or external Ocean Spray manufacturing sites
- Maintain accurate supply plans that support manufacturing, distribution, and procurement activities
- Collaborate with production teams to manage scheduling changes related to material availability, supplier delays, or equipment downtime
- Communicate supply constraints and partner with cross‑functional teams to develop solutions and maintain an executable plan
- Monitor finished goods inventory as it moves from manufacturing to distribution centers, ensuring appropriate stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing risk of aged products
- Support the execution of established deployment strategies by creating and monitoring stock transfer orders
Requirements
- Required Experience in MRP & ERP, with SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable learning new planning and IT systems
- Preferred Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Expertise in handling datasets within Microsoft Excel
- Education: Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)
- Work Experience: At least 3 Years of Experience
