Responsibilities
Organization of the annual calendar of internal initiatives and promotions;
Analysis of store and regional behavior;
Identify opportunities through the study and analysis of shopper behavior by category;
Budget management (execution, planning, and internal payment processes & flows);
Monitoring of performance indicators;
Support for point-of-sale (POS) requests (communication, materials, and training);
Development of field-focused sales strategies;
Execution of national and regional partnership projects focused on developing communication and promotional materials, as well as monitoring performance between the company and the partner;
Track and monitor the annual calendar, ensuring delivery of monthly campaigns at points of sale;
Monitor incentive data directed at the sales force and propose improvements and actions based on findings;
Planning and execution of the communication cadence for National Incentives;
Organization of merchandising materials.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Communication, Marketing, or related fields;
English - Intermediate;
Spanish - Intermediate;
Advanced Excel;
Knowledge of short- and long-term financial analysis;
Familiarity with creative tools, including Photoshop (desirable);
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
