About the role
- Professional Service Consultant developing and implementing customized solutions in an agile team environment. Collaborating with project management and clients to ensure successful integration and training.
Responsibilities
- Together with project management and the client, you develop the design of customizations for our solutions and then implement them independently in code
- You ensure smooth data exchange between our Esker platform and the respective customer systems
- You also prepare initial effort estimates together with your team
- Occasionally you will travel to client meetings or conduct training sessions for our customers
- When testing the solution, you run through various customer-relevant scenarios to ensure error-free operation of our solutions
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role within the IT environment
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript
- Knowledge of the Source-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash business processes is an advantage
- You have a degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification
- With your business-fluent English and good German skills, you communicate confidently with clients and colleagues
