About the role
- Senior Advanced Legal Counsel providing legal guidance across operations, procurement, and product development at ADI Global Distribution. Involves contract management and compliance support with global operations.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor, sales, supplier, distribution, marketing, service, customer terms, NDAs, Statements of Work, SaaS, licensing, joint development and other technology agreements
- Stay informed on legal and regulatory matters, including laws, commercial transactions and compliance issues as required
- Develop and implement contract management processes and procedures including playbooks, standard form agreements, and internal contracting controls
- Support Legal department leadership and business teams in other legal, commercial strategy, and compliance matters as required
- Provide support for complex litigation matters
- Support corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with internal stakeholders and external partners in negotiating contracts, analyzing risk and providing advice to team members as needed
Requirements
- Law degree and passed the bar examination in Serbia
- At least five years of relevant commercial legal experience in a large corporation or law firm environment
- Excellent legal drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
