Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with policyholders in a fast-paced sales environment.
Take incoming lead calls to address customer needs with tailored solutions.
Stay informed about company insurance products, updating knowledge regularly.
Obtain and maintain Property & Casualty and Life insurance licenses.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Assist with policy updates, renewals, and claims inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy updates.
Follow established procedures and guidelines for compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Requirements
Resident Insurance Producer License (may be obtained after offer, but before starting).
Demonstrates success in cross-selling insurance products and maintaining an assigned book of business.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
