Responsibilities
- Einstieg in die Betreuung und individuelle Beratung von Mitarbeiter:innen über den gesamten Employee Lifecycle hinweg - von der Erstellung der Arbeitsverträge über das Onboarding bis hin zum Offboarding
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller arbeitsrechtlicher Bestimmungen und Mitwirkung bei der Gestaltung von HR-Richtlinien und -verfahren
- Betreuung unserer Benefits bzw. Mitarbeiterangebote, wie das HVV-Ticket, die Pluxee-Karte und das Fitnessstudio-Angebot
- Unterstützung bei weiteren anfallenden People & Culture Projekten, wie der Einführung neuer Benefits, der Konzeption und Implementierung von Gesundheitsinitiativen oder der Harmonisierung von HR-Prozessen
- Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen und Anlage und Pflege der Personalakten
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Personalmanagement, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Human Resources/ People & Culture, insbesondere in People Operations
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Verfassen von Arbeitszeugnissen sowie grundlegende Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu Mitarbeitenden aufzubauen und zu pflegen
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch
