Responsibilities
- Design and development of online courses, including for our brokers and managers
- Create materials and select appropriate methods for structuring learning paths
- Contribute to the design, production, maintenance and evaluation of e-learning courses
- Advise and support our markets — such as DACH, Italy and Iberia — in implementing e-learning content
- Manage internal projects and coordinate alignment with subject matter departments
- Collect systematic feedback, analyze results and assess the effectiveness of online courses
Requirements
- University degree in business administration, educational sciences, communication or media studies
- Initial practical experience in a comparable position
- Experience designing e-learning and with authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Synthesia and Storyline
- Quick learner with enthusiasm for technical systems, digital topics and software
- Hands-on mentality, attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently, organized and structured
- Very good German and English skills
