- Technical Operator handling ticket resolution and IT troubleshooting in a structured team environment for Managed Security Services. Interfacing with varied technical tools to support international clients.
Responsibilities
- Entrerai a far parte di un team strutturato che opera per clienti di rilievo nazionale e internazionale, gestendo attività operative in ambito Managed Security Services (MSS).
- Ti occuperai della gestione quotidiana di ticket tecnici, dell’analisi e risoluzione di problematiche di primo livello, del troubleshooting su sistemi IT e di sicurezza, e dell’interazione diretta con strumenti e ambienti tecnologici eterogenei.
Requirements
- Diploma, Laurea o Corso IT;
- Conoscenze di base in ambito networking, sistemi operativi (Windows/Linux) e sicurezza informatica;
- Buone capacità di troubleshooting tecnico;
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni H24, inclusi notturni e festivi;
- Attitudine analitica, precisione, capacità comunicative e di problem solving;
- Spirito di iniziativa, voglia di imparare e attitudine al lavoro in team;
- Interesse per il mondo IT e la cybersecurity;
- Flessibilità, orientamento al risultato e professionalità.
