- Manages EnerSys Operating System transformation efforts, focusing on improvement of operations and processes. Oversees lean roadmap deployment across direct and functional areas at EnerSys.
Responsibilities
- Manages the EnerSys Operating System (EOS) transformation efforts
- Implements and supports actions that bring about improvements to operation and process in areas such as safety, quality, delivery, cycle time, and inventory levels
- Develops/Deploys Lean Roadmap/Transformation Plan in alignment with Corporate Lean Roadmap
Requirements
- Proven Lean Background
- Experience-based on sustained continuous improvement results
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills in use of MS Office
- Ability to create spreadsheets for analysis and tracking data-based metrics
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to understand and manage complex cross-functional business process projects
- Preferred Lean, Six Sigma or project management qualifications are desirable
- Preferred experience in battery manufacturing and Six Sigma and/or lean manufacturing
