Responsibilities
Support project managers with project planning, coordination, and documentation
Communicate with customers via email and phone and prepare quotations and correspondence
Prepare reports, maintain and monitor project data in SAP and Microsoft Office
Place purchase orders and perform goods receipt and invoice verification
Organize and book business travel
Prepare and follow up on meetings
General office administration
Requirements
Completed commercial/vocational training (e.g., business administration) or equivalent qualification
Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SAP experience desirable
Good command of English
Proactive, structured working style — able to work independently and as part of a team
