About the role
- Leiter Own Retail responsible for managing e-Bike shops in the Köln/Düsseldorf/Bonn region. Optimizing operations and driving sales while collaborating with teams in Pulheim.
Responsibilities
- Du übernimmst die vollumfängliche Verantwortung für die operative und strategische Steuerung unserer Own Retail Shops
- Dein Schwerpunkt liegt in der Region Köln, Düsseldorf und Bonn – hier bist Du regelmäßig in den Shops präsent (ca. 70 % Deiner Arbeitszeit)
- Rund 30 % Deiner Zeit verbringst Du in unserer Zentrale in Pulheim, um mit den Teams aus Marketing, HR und Einkauf Prozesse zu entwickeln und Strategien abzustimmen
- Du führst, motivierst und entwickelst die Shop-Teams eigenständig und mit klarem Fokus auf Zusammenarbeit, Service und Erfolg
- Du organisierst und optimierst Prozesse, sorgst für einheitliche Standards und treibst deren Weiterentwicklung aktiv voran
- Du verantwortest die wirtschaftliche Performance aller Own Retail Shops, analysierst Kennzahlen und leitest Maßnahmen ab
- Du unterstützt bei Neueröffnungen und Expansion – von der Planung bis zum erfolgreichen Start
- Du setzt Impulse für Umsatzwachstum, Marktpositionierung und Kundenbindung
Requirements
- Einen betriebswirtschaftlichen Hintergrund und die Fähigkeit, Kennzahlen sicher zu analysieren
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als (stellvertretende:r) Filialleiter:in, Regionalleiter:in, Multi-Store Manager:in oder in einer ähnlichen Führungsrolle im Handel
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung mehrerer Standorte oder eine hohe Mobilität im bisherigen Berufsalltag
- Freude daran, viel unterwegs zu sein (ca. 70 %) und gleichzeitig regelmäßig in unserer Zentrale in Pulheim präsent zu sein (ca. 30 %)
- Unternehmerisches Denken, Organisationstalent und Entscheidungsfreude
- Ein Gespür für Menschen – im Team wie bei Kund:innen – gepaart mit Hands-on-Mentalität
- Branchenkenntnisse im Fahrrad- oder Sportgerätehandel sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss – auch als Quereinsteiger:in bist Du willkommen
